0. Low GL Diet - Start
Tuesday, September 16th, 2008My goal is to get down to 13st 7lbs, I don’t have a specific date but 31 December 2008 seems like a good goal I am 14st 7lbs at the moment when I weigh in.
I am starting the Low GL diet the idea is that you eat during the day to maintain your blood sugat level at a consistent level to you don’t then stuff your face.
It is a very low carb diet, I was reading an article in the paper recently and it was saying that a bowl of pasta 20 minutes later is like a bowl of sugar.
I am going to list what I have had to eat during the day and any exercise that I do.
