0. Low GL Diet - Start

 My goal is to get down to 13st 7lbs, I don’t have a specific date but 31 December 2008 seems like a good goal I am 14st 7lbs at the moment when I weigh in.

 

I am starting the Low GL diet the idea is that you eat during the day to maintain your blood sugat level at a consistent level to you don’t then stuff your face.

It is a very low carb diet, I was reading an article in the paper recently and it was saying that a bowl of pasta 20 minutes later is like a bowl of sugar.

 

I am going to list what I have had to eat during the day and any exercise that I do.

    Hello Mike,
    The Diet is going very well, I definetly recommend it you don’t have to count anything you just need to understand the priciples of what the low gl diet is about. You don’t have to eat things you don’t like, you need to drink about 1.5 litres of water a day but that not too bad if you start first thing with your breakfast, a nice cold glass of water is fantastic first thing then some in the morning, lunch time the afternoon and then some for tea.
