·        Pint of water

·        Cup of tea

 

Evenning home from work

 

·        Pint of weak squash x 2

 

Dinner

·        Fresh Tuna, Salsa Source (Kiwi fruit, Red Onion, tomato’s, Chilie,

·        Raspberry youghat

           Exercise

  •                             Went for a swim usual warm up of
  •                             Four lengths front crawl, Four Breast stroke
  •                             Repeated this eight times.
