10. Day Ten - Low GL DIET

Low GL Diet

Morning Weight 14.10 stone

·        Breakfast

o       Cereal from Asda £1.88 per box

· Pint of squash

· Cup of Tea

·          Lunch        

o       Wrap – sliced ham, chopped cucumber, lettuce

o         Pint of water

o       Cup of tea x 2 

·        Dinner

o       Chicken, tomato, cream freche

§         Add 2 table spoons of olive oil to a pan.

§         Place chicken breast in pan and rub in oil so covered all over.

§         Add cherry tomato’s 250g to surround chicken

§         Place in oven at 200 Celsius for 40 to 50 minutes

§         Check that chicken is cooked.

§         Take out of oven add cream freche and heat slowly.

§         Service with salad.

§          

·        Exercise

             Not a great deal of exercise today just a short walk today into town to post some letters, back to swimming or gym tomorrow.
