Scrambled egg on toast with pepper, mint tea to drink

  • Snack
  • Apple at 10:30 plus glass of water

    Lunch

  • For lunch I have had a mackerel and salad (CUCUMBER, CELERY, TOMATOS). Plus glass of water
  • Lunch time to the gym for the fist time in 2009, remembering not been for a while so five minutes on the cross trainer to warm up. Rower 1600 metres level 8. Then some stretches on the mats for 5 minutes. Then some sit ups on the sit up machine 3 lots of 30 with minute rest in between. That it for the day. Water three small cups during exercise

    Dinner

  • Brown pasts and tomato, onions peppers sauce, glass of water.
