·        Grape fruit, peaches

·        Cup of Mint Tea (good reduce caffine intake) 

 

Lunch  

·        Wrap – Peppers, Cucumber, Lettuce, Cheese

·        Apple x 2

·        Pint of water

·        Cup of tea 

 

Dinner

·        Cod Filets, salad
