Monday

            Breakfast

·        Porridge

·        Pint of water

·        Cup of Tea

 

Lunch  

·        Wrap – Peppers, Cucumber, Lettuce, Cheese

·        Apple

·        Pint of water

·        Cup of tea

 

Afternoon Snack

·        Apple 3 crackers

·        Pint of water

·        Cup of tea

 

Dinner

·        Chicken with tomato and cream fresh

·        Pint of Squash

·        Mint Tea

·        Fruit

 

I haven’t felt hungy to-day it could be that I am still full up from the weekend.

Exercise          

Swim 40 lengths mixed stokes front crawl and breast stroke, getting back into swimming as I haven’t been for a couple of months. The gym I was at had a pool but only 20 metres I was working out the other day I had been going swimming at least twice a week for fourteen years yes fourteen years.

 

I had decided to do more cycling at the gym and some more weights rather than swimming so much. But recently I have just fancied doing it again. The pool at lunch time was pretty empty and I had the lane to my-self to slow warm up of 8 length front crawl than mixed stokes of four breast stroke 4 front crawl, then 2 fast front crawl 2 fast breast stroke then four slow front crawl four slow breast stroke
