Weight 14.7 stone

 

            Breakfast

·        1 ½ Poched egg on toast (whole meal toast)

·        Pint of water

·        Cup of Tea

 

Lunch  

·        Wrap – Peppers, Cucumber, Lettuce, Cheese

·        Apple

·        Pint of water

·        Cup of tea

 

Afternoon Snack

·        Apple 4 crackers

·        Pint of water

·        Cup of tea

 

Evenning home from work

·        Mint Tea

·        Pint of water

 

Apple was very good, golden delisohs  don’t really like them but it was not quite ripe so a bit harder than usual.

 

No gym or swimming to-day just a walk into town in the sun shine probably not quite 1/2 mile walking around. Tommorow going for a swim hopefully
