· Wrap – Peppers, Cucumber, Lettuce, Cheese
· Apple

· Cup of tea
Afternoon Snack
· Apple
· 3 crackers
· Pint of water
· Cup of tea
Evenning home from work
· Mint Tea
· weak squash
· Pint of weak squash
Dinner
· Salmon, beans, olives
· Slice of homemade bread wholemeal
· Raspberrys and natural youghat
Not really feeling hungery at all really but did enjoy my lunch the wraps are good but need to be careful your lunch dosen’t fall out all over your lap. Apple very good had a cox’s today No gym or swimming to-day just a walk into town in the sun shine probably not quite 1 mile walking around. Tommorow going for a swim defiantly had to do fire marshall training at work so through lunch time out and busy at work.
