9. Day Nine - Low GL DIET

Low GL Diet

Morning Weight 14.11 stone

Breakfast

· Ceral from Asda £1.88 per box

· Pint of water

· Cup of Mint Tea (good reduce caffine intake)

Lunch

· Wrap – Peppers, 2 Baby Bell

· Apple

· Pint of water

· Cup of tea x 2

Afternoon Snack

  • 2 Small Rye Breads

Evenning home from work

· Mint Tea

· weak squash

· Pint of weak squash

Dinner

Exercise

  • Went for a bike ride around 19:00 down the sea front and back again its almost exactly 5 miles in total and takes about 25 minutes. I haven’t been on my mountain bike for a while although I have been on the one at the gym a bit but not really consistently so I wasn’t sure exactly how I would get on, but it wasn’t too bad although its starting to get colder in the evenings and I could have done with a hat on under my helmet. Any way the idea is to increase the amount of exercise to increase my metabolism to kick start the weight loose for the low gl diet.
